I tried the blackberry Curve for 30 days it was great but… I missed all the third party apps, PocketQuicken, Handyshopper, KeyContacts (I’m an extensive user of Outlook categories), etc. Now granted it is better at the email (and camera), but Snapper and Blackberry Connect satisfy on the Treo680. I just wish it were as fast and solid as the Curve. I guess that is the trade off for third party apps and an old OS.

Searching with Seeqpod may be legal, but is it legal to download or play the material it finds? Remember that in order to play music Seeqpod must first download it onto your computer. If the thought police find you using Seeqpod, beware.

It’s a killer program. One of the most unique 3D drawing programs I’ve ever used. It made me wonder why I never thought of something like Sketchup.

Basically it’s targeted toward illustrations, where as most previous 3D design programs were rooted in CAD, so they are more oriented toward technical design. Sketchup ditches a lot of the precision-oriented measurement and documentation tools in favor of a very easy to use and lightning fast interface. You can draw buildings and objects with great detail in minutes and much more easily than any program I have used before.

Oh yeah… it’s also free. But there is also a professional version which is pay ware. Highly recommended.

Candi Statons song is just masive. If you were to hear that in a church it would be so overpowering as a “hymn”. It reminds me of late teens as well. Now a days it reduces me to tears as I think of all my partner Debbie has done for me in the past 7 and a half years.Especially when I feel like throwing my hands up in the air.

I don’t think it works on the Palm OS Treo since it requires Flash. I tried to visit the site with Blazer but doesn’t work. Same thing with Opera mini 3 and 4.

I think it may work on Win Mobile Treos though, although I’m not sure.

Makes me wanna Treo 750 or a Win Mobile device right now.

I have been using these notebooks for a couple of years when I go out and conduct surveys on ships and marine casualties. They would best with a pencil and are extremely valuable for those of us who work out in all types of environments. I carry the small version in my back pocket at all times while on a ship. Cool to see it on your blog.

I totally agree! I love going into a store to get just a few things and the bagger tries to put them in a bag. I say “I don’t need a bag, I can just carry them.” then then look at you very strange, but it makes me feel good!

I heard somewhere that it takes 1,000 years to totally bio-degrade a bag.
